This is a spice mix for an Indonesian fried rice dish popular in the Netherlands. Traditionally served for breakfast, it was a way a way to use leftover rice, fried with egg and/or chicken, beef or prawns. Try it with Conimex ketjap manis (sweet) or Asin (salty) or Conimex sambal oelek (chili paste).
